 Returns

As our products are made on demand, they are non-returnable and non-refundable, as each one is created upon order for each customer and are not kept in stock. 
Regretably, returns are not accepted neither for buyer´s remorse or purchasing the wrong size.
Please be sure to get the correct size based on the sizing chart or reach out to us if you have any doubts.


 Exchanges

Defective items: The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a faulty item. If it arrives to you with any defect, please get in touch with us within a week's time!

Wrong size: If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.
If you'd like a different size for the replacement product, get in touch with us asap at maileatme@gmail.com and we'll let you know the next steps.


 Returned by the shipping carrier

Wrong address: Sometimes a provided address is considered insufficient by the courier. Be extra careful with apartment numbers and zip codes! Cause in this cases order is lost and we don´t take responsibility for replacements.

Unclaimed: If you do not collect the item at the local post or at an alternate pickup location, it will be returned. In these cases, orders will be reshipped at the client's expense, once the client agrees to the new charges.


 The order never arrived

This is most common when dealing with international shipments that are sent out without international tracking but can occur with domestic orders as well. 
If this occurs, you will see limited or no entries to the tracking log from the link we provide which indicates that the package may be lost.
